Shipping options:
We offer a variety of shipping carriers and services to meet your shipping needs, whether you are in a time crunch, or have special requests with your delivery. You can find a full selection of options when reaching your checkout page. Our products normally ship within 1-2 business days, and we do offer overnight shipping for last minute purchases.
Shipping insurance and delays:
To protect your order, we offer ShipTection shipping insurance. This protects your package from being lost, theft, delays, and damage. We highly recommend that you add this to your order to make the process simple, in the event your package goes missing. Without insurance, most shipping carriers no longer offer reimbursement. As a small business, once your package is delivered to the shipping carrier, we will help the best we can, but do not guarantee lost packages will be replaced without additional cost. These rare situations are treated on a case by case basis.
International Shipping:
When Choosing DHL or UPS standard international shipping, please refer to your countries brokerage fees. You may be charged import charges imposed by your country based on local laws.
Returns and Exchanges:
We accept both returns and exchanges on our website. The following policies apply:
-Returns are available within 7 days of delivery. In order to begin your return, please email hello@onlylittleonce.com with your order number. Returns incur a 25% restocking fee to processing, repackaging, and inventory management. Please allow up to two weeks after your item has been received for your refund to be issued. Shipping charges are not refunded since postage fees have already been remitted to the shipping carrier. Buyer is responsible for shipping of order back to our warehouse.
Exchanges are available within 21 days. There is no restocking fee when a customer choose store credit or immediate exchange. Please note- shipping fees are not able to be recovered and will not be included in the balance issued. Customer is responsible for shipping costs related to both sides of shipping the exchange back.
In the event that you receive a defective product, please email us immediately so we can assist in rectifying the problem.
