We accept both returns and exchanges on our website.  The following policies apply:

-Returns are available within 5 days of delivery.  In order to begin your return or exchange, please go to returns portal and enter your order number. 

Returns incur a 25% restocking fee to processing, repackaging, and inventory management.  Please allow up to 5-7 days after your item has been received for your refund to be issued.  Shipping charges are not refunded since postage fees have already been remitted to the shipping carrier.  

Exchanges are available within 21 days.  There is no restocking fee when a customer chooses store credit or immediate exchange. A handling fee will be charged. Please note- shipping fees are not able to be recovered and will not be included in the balance issued.
