Shipping and Returns
Please contact us if you are purchasing a holiday item (Christmas dress, Clara nightgown, etc.) that is needed by a specific date to ensure timely arrival. As we enter the holiday season, please keep in mind that we may experience processing delays. So, again, if necessary, please reach out to our customer service team to confirm delivery timing of a specific item at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Because we are a small shop, Exchanges are accepted within 7 calendar days only. We do not offer returns. Please ship your package back and ensure that it is received within the allotted timeframe. Please note that return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Price adjustments are not available.
We can not process exchanges on items that have been worn, have tags removed, or have been exposed to strong odors like smoke, perfume, or animals. It must be sellable to the next customer.
We are not able to make exceptions to our exchange policies due to any delays on behalf of the postal service, so please order early to ensure plenty of time for arrival prior to the holidays!
