First off! Huge fan of the company, and I knew from the moment we planned to surprise our special girl with a trip to Disneyland for her birthday.. I was GOING to go here first to get a dress. Shipping/Order Process: Easy peasy! I made the error of ordering the wrong size, and let me tell you the customer service is so professional and responsive. We were on a time crunch and even with some delays they made SURE we got the dress on time before our flight. They always responded quickly and made the exchange process as smoothly as possible. Even when there was possibly a time delay, they went above and beyond to make sure our deadline was met. Thank you guys so much! The Dress: I truly appreciate the dresses are made to where a kid can still run around and be a kid. But also feel as royal and pretty as she is. The skirt is full, without the need for itchy petticoats, the zipper is sturdy, and all the details are sewn well and held up just fine. The fabric was comfortable and breathable for sunny/hot weather, and I cannot sing enough praises about these clothes. Cause they're NOT costumes. They're wearable multiple times and are superior in quality to almost anything I can buy for her at a store. Not once did my kid express any discomfort at how it fit or felt. Which was SUPER important to us as she is on the spectrum and sensory sensitive. I will always support this small business and continue to recommend them! In fact, I will be SO SAD when she sizes out of the ability to wear their wonderful creations. Thank you guys, for helping my child be the princess she knows she is.
